Freakonomics comes an Australian report that suggests those who spend up to 20 percent of their time browsing the internet are actually more productive than other workers who focus exclusively on their work. University students around the world will rejoice at these findings, though keeping ones procrastination tendencies to 20 percent of ones time may be a challenge for some. I know I'll find it difficult!
